Easy stitch removal  - no stress to fabric or yourself!
On the reverse side of your stitching, with your seam ripper, cut through every 4th stitch. Go to the front of your work and gently pull on the top thread. As if by magic, the top thread comes away in one piece and the bottom bobbin threads just fall away.
